Hi All Peakian,

Like to know your views on the following:

Would you rather pay cash upfront to lower/shorten your loan and keep the cash for emergency?

No flamming please as there is no right and wrong in whichever you choose...

I would prefer to pay cash upfront to shorten my loan if possible.
